Riley's first photo shoot!

Riley officially had her first photo shoot on Monday. I was a stressball but Riley did great! It was exhausting getting her fed, hair brushed, lotioned up for her peeling skin, AND making sure she had a clean diaper without having to get me ready. A few minutes after the noon photo shoot, I informed Ben that I was done for the day and would not be doing anything else productive! He, being the supportive husband that he is, said "sounds like a plan"! He is so good to me!

We will post a slide show of pictures in two weeks when we get it but for now here are some of the best pictures! Now on to ordering those birth announcements.

Addendum: In an effort to have Riley not look like an illegitimate child, I thought it was time to put my wedding ring back on. I was wrong. After multiple tries of pulling the ring off after holding my hand in a bucket of ice water elevated above my heart, we've decided that the ring will stay on for now. More updates to come.
