Livy Anne and the Wooden Spoon

The other day we were in Fort Worth visiting Whitney and Livy Anne. Livy Anne was playing in her bedroom with Riley and had been tasked with being in charge.

After about 10 minutes of playing together, Livy Anne comes running out of the room to inform us that Riley is jumping on the bed which is against the rules. I walk in to investigate and Livy Anne has taken out a big wooden spoon. I ask her why she has a spoon and she says that Riley was not obeying and needed a spanking. I gently tell her that it is a momma's job to take care of spanking. She then hands me the spoon and asks me to take care of Riley! After talking with Riley about the situation, I walked out and told Whitney what happened. We all burst out laughing picturing LA with the spoon about to spank Riley!! Livy Anne then informed us in her most serious face that it is "not funny" and Riley needed to be spanked!!
