Uh-Ohs

Riley actually has a vocabulary now! :)

She now says:
mama or mom
dada
hi mama or hi dada
izzzzzzzzzzz (for izzy)
bye-bye (only done this once so far)
ahhhhhh for all done (she does the sign also)
Uh-oh - Sometimes she falls and then says it. Other times, she throws something on the floor and then says it. I love speaking in uh-ohs together!!
Shoes and socks - Just starting to be consistent with these words. She loves her accessories!

I think Riley is going to be one loud girl. I don't do much to stop that trait in her either. If you were a fly on the wall in our house, you would hear multiple yells per hour. During bath time this evening, Riley started yelling and I just copied her for about 5 minutes. She was giggling her head off! Side note: when I was a child I would run through the house screaming if no one else was home just because I loved being loud.

A week or so ago during our bedtime routine, Riley walked into the bathroom and picked up her wet diaper. I was about to take it away from her, when she began to walk over to the trash can, open it up, and throw it away. You heard me...she threw her own diaper away. Both Ben and my jaw dropped to the floor. I mean, who does that???

I forgot how her cheeks used to constantly be rosy.

After running the RHS 5-K. Riley was so cold after the race (i.e. see how bright red her hands are)!
