1) She went to Watermark for the first time and heard her first sermon.
2) She smiled for the first time while she was awake. It was incredible. Her first smile was to Ben, then to Katie, then to my mom, and THEN to me!
3) She slept from 11pm to 6am...I feel like a new person. Hopefully this milestone will continue for a long, long time!

Not sure if I have mentioned the story of Riley's pirate eyes but it has become a family joke. For the first day or two after she was born, she only opened one eye most of the time. So my dad nicknamed her pirate eyes. Every once in a while, she will give us her pirate eyes! But in this picture she does resemble a pirate with her hand in a claw position.
Evidence of tummy time. She is pretty content to lay like that for 10 minutes and is sneaky about when she turns her head from side to side.
Riley fast asleep on my chest. It is amazing the positions in which I find that Riley can sleep in!
Just to make sure that Izzy gets mentioned in this post. A few days ago, I gave Riley a bath after a poop explosion (with Izzy standing by observing) and then I decided to give Izzy a bath. I asked her very politely to get in the tub and this is what happened! She was ready for that bath and wanted some extra loving! :) Sweet Izzy girl!
