Mother's day and Easter

My very first Mother's Day! It was such a special day for me. Riley wrote me such a thoughtful letter and she left it on her changing table right before I changed her incredibly dirty diaper! So sweet of her! :)

I felt so loved and supported by Ben. Yes, I have my challenging days at home with Riley but I am so thankful for all the time we spend together. Lately, I have been practicing piano more and she will come up, lean on my thigh, suck her hand, and watch me play the piano. It is so sweet! I treasure those memories and how I can comfort her and wipes away her tears when she is hurt. Motherhood is such a precious gift and I love sharing the bond with my mom and sister! I have no idea where I would be without them.

We had a combo party to celebrate Easter and my dad's 65th birthday.
