Mommy's little helper

Riley has started to earn her keep around the house! She can put up her laundry, feed Izzy dinner, and occasionally put up her toys. Might I add that all of these activities require intense supervision and can not be rushed!
For Christmas Livy Anne got Riley a pink piggy bank. So we also take lots of time to drop pennies into it. Never too early to start saving for college.!
This month Riley has also decided that she needs to run everywhere and jump when she dances. Both are quite hilarious and I need to video them!
She is 17 months now and such a joy. Her vocabulary is picking up steam and she loves to copy everything that I do! Oh my, I really need to watch myself!!

She has really started to pay attention to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. And by pay attenition to Mickey, I mean that when she hears me say "Mickey" she runs to get her pink polka dot chair out, sits it down in the prime TV spot and commences zoning for the full 20 minute show. Here is a pic of her during the show. She couldn't even look away from it for me to take a pic! Plus, she is wearing her new all-time favorite shirt. When she wears it, she will continually look at her belly and say "Minnie"!
